Use your name, contact email, aircraft details, and a description of the issue to start a repair or build conversation.
How we use it.
Citadel Drones uses the information in your inquiry to respond, assess your request, and discuss the work. The repair form asks how you found Citadel so we can understand which sources bring repair inquiries. Please leave out passwords, payment information, and other details that aren’t needed for the repair.
Sending and receiving email.
The website form uses FormSubmit to forward your inquiry to julian@citadeldrones.com. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days. Direct email is processed by the email providers involved in delivery. If the form cannot confirm acceptance, your details remain on the page so you can copy or email them yourself.
Website measurement.
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, and whether visitors open or submit a repair request or choose email. Analytics uses cookies. We do not send the name, email address, aircraft details, or message you enter to Analytics. Email clicks indicate intent to contact us, not a delivered inquiry or a sale. This site does not load Analytics when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Advertising personalization is disabled.
